Griffin Training and Consulting Ltd was founded by Carlo Griffin in 2025. Carlo spent 31 years as a serving member of An Garda Siochana, retiring at the rank of Sergeant in August 2025. During his career he served throughout the country in Dublin, Tipperary, Laois and Offaly and was also an instructor in the Garda Training College for 8 years. Part of his responsibilities there besides training new recruits, was training interview boards in Competency Based Interviewing Skills. He now brings these skills to GTRAC where he will be available to candidates looking to join An Garda Siochana and, to all those already serving looking to gain promotion or move to specialist units within the force.

Carlo has a 95% success rate as a result of his specialist knowledge and experience in An Garda Siochana.
